Dear Parents and Carers
We hope that you have all enjoyed the snow today and had fun outside with your children.
Clearly, the weather has disrupted lots of travel arrangements across the UK today but, as you know, the school will always try to stay open wherever possible. There is more snow forecasted to fall tonight but we hope that the gritters will do their job and make the roads safe enough for staff to travel to school so we can be open as usual.
We will make a final decision as to whether school will be open tomorrow by 7am in the morning. This will be sent as a message via Parent Text.
With thanks for your support and understanding at this time
Mr Woods and Mrs Archer
Some of our children and staff have been fortunate enough to take part in a county music project over the last few weeks, which culminated in an amazing world’s first performance of a piece of music entitled Nene, at the Albert Hall in London. 700 young people took part in this performance as part of the Music for Youth School Proms. This was an inspirational day and one that they will remember forever. A recording of this performance can be found on the Northamptonshire Music and Performing Arts Trust (NMPAT) Facebook site.
